Pre-cancerous lesions and pre-cancerous diseases of the stomach

In 1972, a professional group of World Health Organization proposed to divide precursors of gastric cancer into two categories: precancerous lesions and precancerous diseases. Precancerous lesion: precancerous lesion is a pathological concept, which refers to the pathological changes of gastric mucosal epithelium that can be easily transformed into cancer. At this stage, the most concerned and almost recognized is heterogeneous hyperplasia or atypical hyperplasia of gastric mucosa epithelium, and it is believed that only moderate and severe heterogeneous hyperplasia have precancerous significance, while mild heterogeneous hyperplasia does not have precancerous significance. Clinical cases of moderate and severe heterogeneous hyperplasia should be reviewed regularly, especially those with severe heterogeneous hyperplasia should be observed closely. When it is difficult to distinguish heterogeneous hyperplasia from cancer, experienced pathologists should be consulted, and surgical treatment is appropriate for those with high suspicion of cancer. Whether intestinal epithelial metaplasia is a precancerous lesion has been controversial. Only a few scholars believe that it is a precancerous lesion and should be observed regularly in clinical practice. 2. Pre-cancerous disease: This is a clinical concept, including chronic atrophic gastritis, chronic gastric ulcer, gastric polyp, remnant stomach, pernicious anemia, etc. Therefore, judging from the above principles, your gastroscopy and pathological examination results should not be precancerous. However, you should also undergo proper treatment and pay attention to your diet. After a period of treatment, you can review the gastroscopy again to see the recovery of local lesions. Patient: Description of the condition (time of onset, main symptoms, hospital visited, etc.): Patient male, 32 years old, gastroscopy one and a half years ago; esophagus; lower segment congested and eroded. Gastric sinus; rough mucosa, scattered sheets of congestion’ edema. Take B2 Diagnosis; moderate chronic active inflammation of the gastric sinus mucosa, HP; 3 plus histological changes; erosion, lymphatic vesicles in the second hospital of Shanda University to take medication for a month. This spring in the provincial Chinese medicine, take Chinese and Western medicine for three months treatment. Now gastroscopy; esophagus well gastric fundus, body; mucosa mildly congested gastric sinus; mucosa congestion edema, scattered spotted erythema, take B2 duodenum; bulb mild mu ±; HP negative, gastric sinus mucosa moderate chronic inflammation with mild intestinal epithelial peanut and mild heterotypic hyperplasia. What should I do to treat it, I am very unstable. Is it pre-cancerous.
