What exactly is phytodysfunction?

The vegetative nerves, also known as autonomic nerves, include sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves, which make people active and parasympathetic nerves quiet, and they work together to govern the whole organism and the whole body organ activities. In the process of regulating the functioning of the body, the plant nerves need to use some mediums, which are medically called neurotransmitters. However, if a person is depressed for a long time, bad mood, always in reality is not as good. Or the work life is very stressful and in a state of chronic stress. These neurotransmitters in our body will be depleted very quickly. The nervous system lacks neurotransmitters, and this causes the plant nerve dysfunction we mentioned at the beginning. This neurological disorder leads to an overreaction of the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal (HPA axis), and the body starts to release a large amount of stress hormones at this time, which causes the whole body organs to be inhibited or hyperactive. Thus various somatic symptoms come out. When the normal operation of the heart and lungs is disturbed, symptoms such as panic attacks, heartbeat, chest tightness, shortness of breath, breath-holding sensation, increased blood pressure, etc. occur. When the normal functioning of the stomach and intestines is disturbed, various digestive problems such as bloating, diarrhea, acid reflux, belching, nausea, loss of appetite, and indigestion appear. When the body has been tense for a long time, the muscular nerves of the body are dysfunctional, which leads to continuous muscle tensing, so that muscle strangulation in the lower back manifests as lumbago, muscle tensing in the chest manifests as chest pain and discomfort in the anterior chest area, in addition to headache, neck pain, facial (especially at the hooks on both sides) pain, and joint pain, which are all caused by this. Just like this, as the nervous system acts on the whole organism, the emotional problems that were used to be suppressed are released in the end by way of somatic discomfort, which finally completes the transformation from psychological to physical. Many people at first do not believe that emotional problems can be so powerful. However, the large number of identical and similar cases around them made them admit it, and their own physical symptoms actually disappeared after they were treated with antidepressants. It was just a mood problem, no big deal, but I didn’t expect it to be so powerful, which also coincides with the traditional Chinese medicine in China that nourishes the heart first. And is there no correlation between the balance of yin and yang, as they say in Chinese medicine, and the sympathetic nerves that keep the body active and the parasympathetic nerves that keep the body quiet? At present, in our society, the vast majority of people have a wrong and superficial understanding of emotional problems such as anxiety and depression, and people either have a prejudiced view that these people have mental problems, or they take it for granted that depressed people are weak-willed and want to die. It is this prejudice and disparaging stereotype that makes many people ashamed to admit even if they are troubled, let alone come to a psychologist for psychotherapy. In fact, anxiety and depression is a very common phenomenon in China, not all depressed people are the kind of people who want to die and commit suicide, the vast majority of people’s anxiety and depression is mild, or even hidden. And depression and anxiety is not only a problem for those with mental problems, you, me, each of us living in the real world, are the object of depression and anxiety attacks, only to increase more knowledge of these aspects, the correct view and understanding of the problems of these emotions, so that we can avoid being harmed by them.
