What are the ways to stay away from myopia

Since the cause of glaucoma is due to a variety of factors, such as anatomical factors, genetic factors, neurovascular system effects and environmental factors, early diagnosis and early treatment, try to avoid the onset of glaucoma, for the high-risk groups of glaucoma should try to avoid triggering factors, to: 1. Avoid tight collars and ties. U.S. researchers proposed that collars and ties tied too tightly will make eye pressure rise, increasing the probability of glaucoma. They randomly selected 20 healthy men and 20 men with glaucoma, and tested their intraocular pressure (IOP) while wearing open-collar shirts. The researchers measured IOP before the men tightened their ties, and again three minutes after they removed their ties. The researchers found that after the tie was tightened, 60% of glaucoma patients and 70% of healthy subjects had elevated IOP, which is a key feature of glaucoma. 2, avoid using the computer excessively. Prolonged overstressed work in front of a computer puts the nearsighted eye in a structurally more vulnerable state, thus increasing the propensity to develop glaucoma. A Japanese study showed that people who worked in front of a computer for long periods of time (more than 9 hours a day) had a significantly increased risk of visual field damage and glaucoma. Statistical analysis showed a significant positive correlation between visual field defects and prolonged computer use in people with refractive error. The researchers concluded that people with refractive error and excessive computer use have a significantly increased risk of visual field damage and may develop glaucoma in the presence of certain underlying diseases. Experts recommend that the application of computers should be 10-15 minutes per hour to look away from the computer, and the distance to the computer screen should be maintained at more than 60 cm, operating the computer should be below the horizontal height of both eyes. 3. Be wary of certain drugs. Glaucoma patients with blurred vision, elevated intraocular pressure, eye swelling and headache should not take painkillers (such as compound aspirin, painkillers, etc.) because painkillers can mask the symptoms of acute glaucoma attacks and bring adverse consequences. Drugs that dilate the pupil (e.g. gastrin, belladonna tablets and combinations, atropine, etc.) should be prohibited, otherwise, they will lead to a sharp increase in intraocular pressure. Topical medications for glaucoma are usually eye drops, especially during acute attacks when more pupil-dilating drugs such as ezetimibe and pilocarpine are used to punctuate the eyes. It should be noted that the concentration of these pupil-reducing drugs is relatively large, and the number of eye dots in the acute phase should be beware of toxic reactions. 4. Emotional and lifestyle habits. Emotional stability, to avoid impatience, to ensure adequate sleep and a full book of smooth, quit strong tea and coffee, because these things can make the vascular nerve regulation center disorder, resulting in vasodilator dysfunction, so that the eye pressure rises, aggravating the disease. 5, avoid long stay in the dark room. Do not work in or less in the dark room, do not go to the cinema to watch movies, otherwise it will make the pupil dilated, eye pressure increased. 6, control the amount of water. A drink of water should not exceed 500ML, drinking too much water, blood is diluted, the plasma osmotic pressure is reduced, can make the atrial fluid increased, the intraocular pressure increased. 7, clothing should be loose, the pillow should be slightly higher, favorable blood reflux, so that the intraocular pressure is reduced.
