Mostly consider chronic prostatitis. Chronic prostatitis is an inflammatory response of the prostate gland triggered by non-bacteria. The characteristic manifestations of the patient include chronic pain in the anterior pelvic region, including the pubic area, perineum and external genital area, associated with inflammation of the prostate gland irritating the cartilage and periosteum in the pubic region.
