First aid knowledge that everyone should know (1): CPR

You can download the following information to your cell phone. When you see a critical patient, the first is to 120 call for help, in the process of waiting, your helping hand may decide life and death. Saving a life is better than building a seven-level pagoda! 1, determine the patient’s consciousness: call the patient loudly, pat the shoulder. 2.To determine whether there is cervical trauma, such as suspected cervical trauma, then use both hands to lift the jaw method to open the airway. 3.Position the patient without cervical spine trauma: lie down, remove pillows and collars, loosen the belt; remove foreign objects and dentures from the mouth and nasal cavity, and take the tilted head and lifted jaw position. 4, judgment of breathing (10 seconds): ear hearing, eye view, face feeling. If you find that the injured person is not breathing, you should immediately perform artificial respiration. Correct mouth-to-mouth breathing (mouth-to-mouth, mouth-to-mask) is blowing for 1 second, a total of 2 times. To determine whether the blowing is effective, you can turn your head and observe whether the chest is undulating. 5. To determine whether the heart is beating: touch the carotid A pulse (10 seconds). If the carotid artery is not pulsating, it is necessary to place a pressure plate to perform chest compressions (without a plate, the ground can also be). The frequency of chest compressions is 100 times/minute, the sternum is pressed down 4-5cm, and the time between compressions and relaxation is 1:1. The position of compressions is at the midpoint of bilateral nipple line (the middle and lower third of the sternum), the root of the palms of the two hands is overlapped, the fingers are not pressed on the chest, the elbow joints of the arms are tensed vertically, the compressions are performed in a smooth and regular manner, and the palms are not separated from the chest. 30 times of chest compressions and 2 times of mouth-to-mouth respiration are considered as a cycle, and after 5 cycles, the carotid pulsation is observed for 5 seconds, and the carotid artery is pulsating. After 5 cycles, first observe the carotid artery pulsation for 5 seconds, and then observe the spontaneous respiration for 5 seconds after the carotid artery pulsation. Please do not give up before the arrival of 120 paramedics.
