Significant effect: clinical symptoms were significantly reduced, limb function was significantly improved, and normal work could be performed. Effective: clinical symptoms are reduced and normal work can be performed. Ineffective: No change or significant deterioration of clinical symptoms and positive signs.
2.2 Comparison of the treatment results between the two groups, 71% of the treatment group was cured and 50% of the control group was cured, the difference was statistically significant.

  4. Discussion
This disease belongs to the category of “paralysis”, “yin paralysis” and “bone paralysis” in Chinese medicine, mostly due to old age, liver and kidney deficiency, loss of nourishment of tendons and bones, or sedentary consumption of Qi, strain on tendons and flesh, or feeling external evil, The guest in the meridian, or sprain and injury, qi and blood stagnation, venous paralysis and obstruction caused.
The dazhi is a supervisory point, the meeting of all the yang, can stimulate the yang meridian qi, through the meridians, the corresponding lesions of the spine points and cervical hundred worms, Tianzhu has combing local qi and blood to relieve pain, Houxi is the eight meeting points, and the supervisory vein, can regulate the supervisory meridian qi, through the pain, the points together to dispel wind and cold, dredge the meridians, the function of qi to relieve pain, moxibustion has warmed the meridians to move qi and blood, the role of dispelling dampness and dispersing cold, the occurrence of cervical spine syndrome is often associated with The occurrence of cervical spine syndrome is often closely related to “cold condensation”, “blood stasis”, “kidney deficiency” and other factors, in the treatment of acupuncture alone, the power of warming and dispersing is weak, moxibustion alone is not enough power to pass the meridians, the use of warming and acupuncture, and control The combination of warm needles and controlled stimulation intensity can produce the best effect and improve the therapeutic effect.
Acupuncture is mainly used in the cervical instability and bone stimulation phases of the degenerative process, while other methods including surgery should be used in the compression phase such as bone compression of the spinal cord.
The disease is prone to recurrence, after the disappearance of symptoms, should adhere to treatment, consolidate treatment, adhere to do neck health exercises and pay attention to neck warmth and sleep with a comfortable pillow is important.
