I classify the patients who consult me for premature ejaculation into premarital, marital and extramarital types. Most of them are between 22 and 23 years old, and they all say that they “ejaculate prematurely” when they have sex with their girlfriends, so they are classified as premarital type. The main reason is due to the lack of sexual experience, sexual physiological sexual impulses are too high, the desire for sexual intercourse is too urgent, especially because there is no suitable environment, the woman is too shy and nervous more drive men to ejaculate prematurely. So I say that marriage is a safe harbor for sexual life. The marital type of premature ejaculation mainly manifests itself in the early days of a new marriage, the so-called “honeymoon period”, or even the early days of the honeymoon. This part of the sufferers are more honest, mutual love until marriage to have a sexual life.
