HPV is a test such as human papillomavirus, which is a cervical cancer screening test. Not many people are positive for HPV 16, and if they are tested positive for HPV 16, it is recommended that they should be referred for colposcopy. The white acetate test as well as the iodine test should be performed under colposcopy. A multi-point biopsy of the cervix should be performed in areas where the vinegar white is thicker or the iodine is not colored to further clarify the diagnosis. If the pathological histological examination is cervicitis, it is recommended to give some medication to clear HPV16 in time, because a high-risk HPV16 positive persistent infection can easily cause cervical precancerous lesions and prolonged infection may lead to cervical cancer, so if it is tested for HPV16, active intervention and active treatment are needed.
