Time of laboratory examination: ① Items that must be checked during menstruation: basic endocrine monitoring (FSH, LH, E2, PRL, T on fasting on the 2nd to 4th day of menstruation) ② Items that must be checked after menstruation: routine leukorrhea, mycoplasma, chlamydia, gonococcus, cervical smear, ultrasound of the uterus + both adnexa, routine urine. Hysterosalpingogram should be performed within 3-7 days after menstruation. ③Other examination items are not related to menstrual cycle. 3. The examination items for the male partner mainly include semen check and blood sampling: ① Blood sampling items include: HIV, RPR, HCV, hepatitis B, liver and kidney function, blood type ② Semen examination: semen analysis (routine and morphological analysis, at least one semen report from our hospital is required), mycoplasma, chlamydia; ③ If the male partner has abnormal semen, genital ultrasound, endocrine testing (FSH, LH, T) should be added, ④Examination time: semen analysis requires 3-5 days of abstinence, while mycoplasma and chlamydia are not required.
