Breast precision surgery is mainly performed through precise preoperative evaluation, precise surgical planning, fine surgical operation and fine postoperative treatment to achieve minimal damage to the patient, clean lesion removal, good surgical recovery, and good cosmetic results. Especially for young women, a pair of beautiful breasts exudes the unique charm of women. However, there are often some regrets inside a pair of upright breasts: there are tumors growing inside. The most common breast tumor in young women is fibroid, which is benign, sometimes only one, sometimes more than one. Some are like smooth soy beans, some are like quail eggs, some are like eggs, and some are like goose eggs. The danger of fibroids is that the growing tumor compresses the normal breast tissue, squeezing the normal glandular tissue to one side, and a small percentage of them may become malignant. Therefore, surgery should be performed as soon as possible after the discovery of fibroids. Here is the surgery I had with Dr. Zhao. A 2cm fibroid was removed using a 1.5cm incision next to the areola. Although it is not a major surgery, we will be careful to do even the most insignificant minor surgery well. The picture above is a design of the surgery with circles to mark the location of the mass. It would be easy to make an incision directly over the lump, but it would leave permanent scars on such a young girl. It would affect the aesthetics. So we chose to make a small incision at a more hidden area, at the junction of the areola, and submerged along the surface of the breast to the tumor and removed the tumor completely. This is the result just after the surgery. The shape of the breast remains unchanged, only the thin incision is left, and it will be less obvious after it grows.
