Last seen at: Oriental Hospital. Sun Deli, Department of Acupuncture, Shanghai Longhua Hospital: Cervical degeneration is a manifestation of human aging. If cervical spine hyperplasia or disc degeneration makes the local nerves, blood vessels or spinal cord affected there will be corresponding symptoms such as pain, numbness, vertigo, etc. Acupuncture treatment is effective for most patients with cervical spondylosis and can be combined with behavior modification to achieve twice the result with half the effort.
