X-ray can look at neurogenic cervical spondylosis, while other types of cervical spondylosis are usually difficult to observe, as follows: First, neurogenic cervical spondylosis: such patients will mostly have intervertebral foraminal stenosis and changes in the physiological curvature of the cervical spine, which can be detected by double oblique X-ray and cervical spine frontal and lateral X-ray examination. Second, other types of cervical spondylosis: such as spinal cord type cervical spondylosis, vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis, sympathetic nerve type cervical spondylosis, can not be found through X-ray film lesion degree, but need to choose cervical spine MRI examination, so that the purpose of the examination can be achieved. Therefore, all types of cervical spondylosis cannot be confirmed by X-ray examination alone, and the corresponding imaging examination needs to be selected according to different types of cervical spondylosis in order to achieve the final diagnosis.
