How to do rehabilitation training for COPD

Practice 2-4 times a day, 10-20 minutes each time, 7-8 times per minute lip reduction breathing.  2, abdominal breathing: take the standing position, lying position or sitting position, beginners to lying position is good to grasp; two knees half bent, hands were placed on the forehead and upper abdomen, slowly inhale with the nose, abdominal muscle relaxation, abdominal hand feeling upward lift, chest hand in place, inhibition of thoracic movement. Insist on practicing 2-4 times a day, about 10 minutes each time.
