What exercises treat hematuria

Hematuria may be caused by urinary tract stones, pyelonephritis, renal cancer, bladder cancer and other diseases, only relatively small urinary tract stones in these diseases are assisted by exercise to expel stones, no other disease can be treated by exercise, on the contrary, excessive and strenuous exercise can lead to exercise hematuria.
1. For patients with urinary tract stones, if the diameter of the stone is below 0.6cm, then it can be treated conservatively, may need to follow the doctor’s advice to take potassium citrate, tamsulosin and other drugs, but also need to drink more water, supplemented by jumping rope, running, climbing stairs and other jumping sports to help the stone discharge, but note that exercise does not have a direct therapeutic effect.
2. Hematuria caused by stones larger than 0.6cm in diameter, pyelonephritis, kidney cancer, bladder cancer and other diseases cannot be treated by exercise. In addition, excessive strenuous exercise can lead to exercise hematuria, which is when the transverse striated muscle is damaged due to strenuous exercise, which in turn causes myoglobinuria, which is thick tea-colored hematuria when viewed with the naked eye.
