Endocrine therapy: triamcinolone acetonide 1. If you have more than 1% positive ER/PR in your pathology report, you are indicated to use triamcinolone acetonide for at least 5 years, which must be extended to 10 years for some high-risk patients. 2. Triamcinolone is a low toxicity and high efficacy drug, it is inexpensive and life prolonging, so don’t miss it. Sometimes during our follow-up, some people prefer to turn to Chinese medicine with unclear efficacy, and do not take western medicine, and finally miss their own disease course, which is very sad. 3. The probability of endometrial cancer with long-term use of triamcinolone acetonide is 1.6/1000, that is to say, less than 2 out of 1000 patients. It can be ruled out as long as you have a gynecological ultrasound once a year while using triamcinolone. It only needs to be noticed if the endometrium is more than 1cm or if there is vaginal bleeding. 4. Triamcinolone can be taken one tablet at a time, twice a day; if you are afraid of forgetting to take the pill, you can take two tablets once a day. You can put the pill bottle in a conspicuous place or at the bedside so that you won’t forget.
