Greenish yellow urine in women can be caused by an infection or by taking a lot of medication recently. If the urine is greenish-yellow and accompanied by symptoms of urinary tract irritation or abnormal leucorrhoea, the possibility of infection should be considered and prompt medical treatment should be sought.
