False warts are individual granules, usually symmetrically distributed, and need to be differentiated from condyloma acuminatum to avoid misdiagnosis. Pseudowarts are symmetrically distributed, with relatively uniformly sized papules, usually reddish or white in color and evenly spaced, but not fused. Pseudo-warts are a symmetrical distribution of individual granules that look like fish seeds and feel grainy when touched, and are usually found at the urethra or vaginal opening. The majority of patients do not have symptoms, a small number of patients will produce local itching sensation. If you suspect pseudo warts, you need to go to the dermatology department to get a clear diagnosis, pseudo warts usually do not need special treatment. Some patients may consider laser or cryotherapy if symptoms are more pronounced.
