How to do the cervical spondylosis supine triple pull technique?

1.The patient lies on his back on the treatment bed, the operator sits at the head of the patient’s bed, and alternately applies the holding and kneading technique with both hands on the back of the neck for 3-5 times. 2.With the force of the middle finger, flick the neck ligament and its two sides from bottom to top, alternating between the two hands, and repeat 3-5 times. 3.The patient is asked to rotate the neck to the maximum angle on his own initiative, and the surgeon uses the thumb to rub the sternocleidomastoid muscle to the sternoclavicular joint 3-5 times from the mastoid region, alternating the technique bilaterally. 4.Let the patient return to neutral position, hold the patient’s lower jaw with one elbow hook, and jam the patient’s back of the occiput with the other hand, so that the patient’s head is tilted upward for about 15 minutes to make the cervical spine most stable, and the operator stirs one foot on the crossbeam under the bed, and pulls upward with balanced force for about 30 seconds-1 minute. 5. Ask the patient to relax with both shoulders down, deep breathing and deep inhalation, at this time the patient’s neck and shoulder muscles can be relaxed, the operator’s men can feel the neck muscles slowly relax, and when the patient is completely relaxed, the operator’s double pectoralis major muscle contraction traction at the same time. At this time, most of the patients can hear a crisp “click” sound, and the patient immediately feels relaxed and comfortable in the head and neck. Note that sudden pulling and stretching traction must be applied with dexterity, do not apply violence to the operation, and do not force the “click” sound. 6. Ask the patient to take the initiative to rotate the neck to the maximum angle, hold the patient’s jaw with the palm of one hand, snap the patient’s back of the occiput with the tiger’s mouth of the other hand, and when the patient relaxes, both hands suddenly pull with force, and apply traction once on the left and right, when traction is contracted by the pectoralis major muscle, do not use violence.
