Physiological calf ectropion usually occurs at the age of 2 years, but there are mostly no other accompanying symptoms. If the patient has a combination of corpus cavernosum and square cranium, it is considered to be related to systemic ossification disorder, and combined with the presence of symptoms such as irritable crying, it is mostly considered to be related to rickets, and early medical consultation is recommended.
