Blood clots leading to heart attacks, how to treat them

Myocardial infarction caused by blood clots can be treated by implanting stents and thrombolysis.
1. Implantation of stents: acute myocardial infarction caused by thrombus dislodgement can be relieved by means of cardiac stents to improve blood flow. Through the opening of radial artery or femoral artery, the catheter is guided to reach the opening of coronary artery, which is dilated with a balloon, and the stent is implanted through the guidewire to open up the occluded blood vessel and promote blood flow, so as to alleviate the myocardial infarction caused by thrombus dislodgement.
2. Thrombolysis: Heart attack caused by external thrombus can be treated by thrombolysis, thrombolytic drugs mainly choose non-specific fibrinogen activator, commonly used urokinase, streptokinase, etc., by reducing the fibrin of the thrombus in the coronary artery, dissolve the thrombus, so as to restore the reperfusion of occluded coronary arteries, and save the myocardial infarction.
Heart attack caused by external thrombus should be treated with stenting or thrombolysis under the guidance of professional doctors and according to the patient’s condition.
