Symptoms of bronchiectasis

Bronchitis is an inflammatory response of the bronchial tubes. Its symptoms usually manifest in two ways: acute and chronic. Acute bronchitis can start with symptoms of upper whistle infection, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, hoarseness, etc. It is also accompanied by low-grade fever, fear of cold, malaise, coughing, and coughing up sputum. The cough may be triggered or aggravated by inhalation of cold air or irritating odors, or by cold, and may lead to nausea and vomiting and pain in the chest muscles when the cough is severe. Symptoms of chronic bronchitis are: recurrent, worsening coughs, intense coughs in the early morning after waking up, fine during the day, and in severe cases, uncontrollable coughs day and night. The sputum is white, sticky and foamy, and the symptoms of wheezing can occur when combined with inhalation tract infections, which are easily recurring due to the seasonal temperature. In the early stage, there are no special signs, but dry and wet rales can be heard. Clinical manifestations and x-ray examination can assist in the diagnosis of this disease. The prognosis for acute and chronic bronchitis is still very good, it should be noted that patients with chronic bronchitis must avoid catching colds and flu, and pay attention to strengthening personal protection in daily life to improve the resistance of the whistle, which can effectively prevent the recurrence of chronic bronchitis.
