One minimally invasive surgery to remove six breast fibroadenomas.

The incidence of breast fibroadenoma is the highest among benign breast tumors, and its incidence in the general population is dozens of times higher than that of breast cancer. Breast fibroadenomas carry the risk of malignant transformation, and surgical excision is generally advocated in clinical practice. Traditional surgical methods will leave long surgical scars on the breasts while treating the disease, and even lead to deformation of the breasts, causing a heavy psychological burden to female patients. As patients’ demand for quality of life improves, the demand for beauty is not only limited to the demand for appearance, but also the demand for body curves is getting higher and higher. And the breast is an important part of the S-curve. Along with the development of surgical technology, the introduction of McMurtry into the surgical treatment of breast diseases has lifted this dilemma and brought new hope to female patients. Our department was the first in the province to carry out this technology, and the number of completed cases is among the highest in the province. Recently, our department has successfully carried out minimally invasive treatment with McMurtry for a white-collar woman with multiple fibroadenomas, removing six breast fibroadenomas under local anesthesia at one time, which were located at 9 points of the right breast, about 0.8×0.6cm, 10 points of the right breast, about 2.5×2.0cm and 12 points of the right breast, and the left breast at 12 points of the right breast, about 3.5×3.0cm, 1 point of the left breast, about 0.6×0.5cm and 2 points of the left breast, about 0.5×0.4cm, (detailed information). 0.4cm in size, (see figure), the operation went smoothly, creating a new high number of minimally invasive resection of lesions in a single case, and leaving only about 1-2cm scar in the hidden part of bilateral breasts, solving all the lesions in one time with minimal trauma, minimal economic burden, shortest time, and discharging the patient from the hospital in three days after being cured, and the patient was very satisfied with the surgical effect.
