According to the degree of pulpitis, two treatment methods are used for pulpitis in milk teeth: 1. In the early stage of pulpitis, the inflammation has not yet reached the root pulp, so a conservative crown pulpotomy can be used, after removing part of the pulp, the pulp section can be filled with pulp protection drugs, such as calcium hydroxide, MTA and other pulp protection agents for filling; 2. The pulp of the crown part of the tooth and the pulp of the root part will be removed, then the root canal will be prepared and flushed, and after the anti-inflammation is complete, the drug will be introduced into the root canal, and after the X-ray is taken, the drug can be filled after the trial filling, and if the defect of the tooth is large, the affected tooth will need to be restored with a metal pre-crown after filling.
