How to treat frequent urination

Frequent urination should be treated with oral antimicrobials and alpha-blockers. Frequent urination is a significant increase in the number of times a patient feels the urge to urinate, and in severe cases, urinates once in a few minutes with only a few milliliters of urine each time. Inflammation of the genitourinary tract, bladder stones, tumors, and prostate enlargement can cause urinary frequency. The effective bladder capacity is reduced due to inflammatory edema or reduced bladder compliance, which causes a reduction in bladder capacity and persistent urinary retention due to impaired bladder emptying. For a normal person who urinates 5-6 times with a volume of about 300ml each time, it is recommended to take oral antimicrobials, such as levofloxacin, 0.2 grams each time, twice a day, and oral alpha-blockers, such as Halo, once a night before bedtime.
