Pathological features of smoky disease

Smoky disease has been around for 60 to 70 years since its discovery in the middle of the last century. At present, it is still a rare disease with a very low incidence. And there are not many hospitals that can treat this disease. Smoke disease is a serious cerebrovascular disease, which is caused by the narrowing or occlusion of the main arteries of the brain, which subsequently leads to the formation of a smoke-like network of abnormal small blood vessels at the base of the skull, causing cerebral ischemia, cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage, with serious consequences. According to the pathological characteristics of smog, this is a very advanced and effective treatment modality, which combines direct bypass and patching to anastomose the superficial temporal artery and middle cerebral artery, improve the main blood flow, and at the same time, apply multi-factor patching to the brain surface to expand the scope of blood supply improvement. The new blood circulation bypass is comprehensively constructed to ensure adequate blood supply to the brain and effectively prevent cerebral ischemia, cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage.
