1. Indications for in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (1) Gamete transport disorder due to various factors in the female; (2) Ovulation disorder; (3) Endometriosis; (4) Low and weak spermatozoa in the male; (5) Unexplained infertility; (6) Immunological infertility. 2.Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) indications: (1) severe oligospermia, hypospermia, teratospermia; (2) irreversible obstructive azoospermia; (3) spermatogenic dysfunction; (4) immune infertility; (5) in vitro fertilization failure; (6) sperm acrosome abnormalities; (7) preimplantation embryo genetic diagnosis is required. (3) Contraindications to in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (1) Serious mental illness, acute infection of the genitourinary system, or sexually transmitted diseases in either sex; (2) Genetic diseases that are not suitable for childbirth as stipulated in the Maternal and Child Health Law and cannot be diagnosed prenatally or through pre-implantation genetic diagnosis; (3) Serious drug addiction in either sex; (4) Exposure of either sex to teratogenic rays, toxins, or drugs (5) The female partner’s uterus does not have the function of pregnancy or serious physical disease cannot bear pregnancy.
