Indications 1.Focal foci visible by ultrasound or suspected microcalcifications 1. 2, Alternative to incisional biopsy for complete excision of benign lesions such as fibroadenoma and breast cysts for therapeutic purposes (mass less than 3cm is recommended). 3.For severe hyperplastic lesions, both diagnostic and therapeutic purposes can be achieved. 4.Mammogram breast structure is distorted and visible on ultrasound to identify the nature. 5.Preoperative diagnosis of highly suspicious malignant tumor of breast. 6.Diagnosis before neoadjuvant chemotherapy or endocrine therapy (locally advanced breast cancer) and determination of efficacy after treatment. 7.Understand the nature of multiple lesions in other parts of the breast before breast-conserving surgery. 8.To know the diagnosis and treatment of new lesions around the incision after breast-conserving surgery for breast cancer. Contraindications 1.Hematopoietic system diseases such as bleeding tendency and coagulation mechanism disorders. 2.Pregnancy and lactation. 3.Patients with infectious diseases. 4.Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver and kidney diseases. 5.Patients with mental illness. 6.When breast hemangioma is suspected. 7.The breast is too small and the lesion is too close to the nipple, armpit or chest wall, which is not easy to be completely removed, and the side injury may occur. 8.With intramammary prosthesis. Controversial indications 1.Consultation and treatment of breast abscess. 2.Consultation and treatment of male breast development. 3.Treatment of parammary glands. 4.Biopsy of axillary lymph nodes.
