A leucorrhea cleanliness of II degree usually indicates that a woman’s leucorrhea is normal and free from inflammatory infections. Routine cleanliness of leukorrhea is an indicator of leukorrhea examination, which is mainly a smear of vaginal discharge observed under a microscope to clarify the health status of female reproductive system according to the number of vaginal bacilli, white blood cells and miscellaneous bacteria. There are four degrees of cleanliness in leukorrhea. I-II degree indicates that the female discharge is normal and there is no inflammatory infection. Under the microscope, the leukorrhea contains a large number of vaginal bacilli and epithelial cells, and a small amount or no white blood cells and miscellaneous bacteria. It can be observed that the leukorrhea contains a large number of leukocytes and miscellaneous bacteria, a few epithelial cells and few or no Bacillus vaginalis, which requires further examination to clarify the pathogenic bacteria for targeted treatment. To maintain or improve vaginal cleanliness and keep it in good condition, wash your vulva with running water every morning and evening to keep your private parts hygienic and reduce bacterial growth. Avoid wearing overly tight clothing, which is hot and humid and prone to bacterial growth and infection, and choose loose cotton underwear. Eat more vegetables and fruits to enhance your health and reduce the possibility of infection.
