How to recover from cerebral thrombosis

Cerebral thrombosis is the most common ischemic cerebrovascular disease in neurology, with high morbidity, disability, mortality and recurrence rates, which can cause sequelae of neurological deficits of different degrees and bring a heavy burden to patients and families. In order to achieve the best recovery, the following points should be achieved: 1. rt-PA or urokinase intravenous thrombolysis can be given within 6 hours of onset during the acute phase. 2. if acute occlusion of large intracranial and extracranial arteries is combined within 8 hours of onset, endovascular stent retrieval or endovascular stent implantation can be given to achieve early revascularization and minimize the occurrence of sequelae. 3. Some patients need to be given anti-platelet drugs, such as aspirin, clopidogrel; statins, such as atorvastatin, resulvastatin, simvastatin; drugs to improve circulation, such as thromboxane, hemosiderin, ginkgo biloba preparation, etc. Some patients need to be given speech rehabilitation, swallowing function rehabilitation, exercise therapy and acupuncture and physiotherapy as early as possible to minimize the occurrence of sequelae and improve the quality of life of patients.
