Chinese medical evidence of cerebral thrombosis

Cerebral thrombosis belongs to the category of stroke in traditional Chinese medicine, and its clinical manifestations are mainly symptoms such as sudden fainting, distortion of the corners of the mouth or tongue, paralysis of the lateral limbs, sudden vertigo, and unfavorable speech. Cerebral thrombosis is classified into two types of diseases, namely, internal organs and meridians, according to the severity of the patient’s condition. According to the different main and interstitial evidence, there are three types of cerebral thrombosis, namely, phlegm-heat-obstructed orifice, phlegm-damp-obstructed orifice, and deficiency of vital energy. The middle meridians are divided into five types of clinical evidence: wind-phlegm obstruction, wind-fire disturbance, qi deficiency and blood stasis, yin deficiency and wind movement, and liver and kidney deficiency.
