What to go through in an IVF cycle

  Preparation of documents: Patients who are clearly identified by the infertility specialist as needing IVF must have all three documents before starting the cycle, namely the couple’s ID card, marriage certificate and proof of permission to have children.  Time of document review: Initial review: when IVF treatment is clearly started; Second review: on the day of cycle initiation, when the informed consent form is signed; Third review: on the day of egg collection; Fourth review: on the day of transplantation.  (Place of review: Fertility Center 99 or 110 consultation room) Instructions for documents: If you have the first child, you need to apply for a birth certificate at your local family planning office; if you have the second child, you need to apply for a reproductive approval decision notice at your city (county) family planning bureau. Also leave the contact person and contact number (landline) of the family planning bureau or family planning office on it. The certificate of fertility is valid for 1 year for the first child and 2-3 years for the second child, depending on the time specified on the certificate.  After the infertility specialist determines the indications for IVF (very important), an IVF cycle is completed through the following processes  Medical examination for both men and women; preparation of documents: ID card, marriage certificate, certificate of permission to have children; pre-transplantation cavity exploration; signing of IVF informed consent, informed consent for multiple pregnancy reduction, informed consent for follow-up visits; ovulation treatment; egg collection for the woman and sperm collection for the man; in vitro fertilization; in vitro embryo culture; embryo transfer; progesterone supplementation after transfer; hormone measurement on day 12 after transfer to determine if pregnancy is present; if Ultrasound examination on day 35 and 50 after conception and transfer.
