Narrow eyelids are those with a width below the normal range (except for patients with special requirements), resulting in narrower eyelids. When the eyelid line is designed below 6mm, the recent eyelid line is still natural and beautiful, but after 3 months, the eyelid line will look too narrow, and the so-called “hidden double” will appear. For those with narrow eyelids, an incision can be made at the original eyelid line to separate the upper eyelid skin below the eyelid line and bring it to the restoration line. When suturing with the lid, optional sutures are placed at a point on the upper edge of the incision to make the double eyelid wider. If the patient has loose upper face skin, the appropriate skin will also be removed to make the eyelids wider, otherwise the loose upper face skin sagging will obscure the eyelid line making the eyelids too narrow.
