Menstrual headache is mostly caused by physiological factors, and is the result of the combined effect of the patient’s bad mood, changes in the body’s hormone level and autonomic dysregulation, and belongs to vascular nerve headache. Therefore, first of all, we should relieve patients’ nervous and anxious emotions and ensure that they get enough sleep; secondly, for those with severe headaches, they can be treated with drugs such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
