Bacterial dysentery: mostly caused by infection Dysentery bacillus, the onset of the disease is more urgent, with symptoms such as chills, fever, body temperature can reach 39 ℃ or more, can also be accompanied by headache, fatigue, abdominal pain, diarrhea and other symptoms, the onset of most dilute watery stool, 1-2 days later can be turned into mucus pus blood stool; 3, typhoid or paratyphoid fever: caused by S. typhi and S. paratyphi infection, the fever is stepped up, sometimes up to 39-40 ℃, can be accompanied by general fatigue The fever may be accompanied by general fatigue, weakness, headache, dry cough, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and diarrhea, and there may be light pressure pain in the right lower abdomen. Second, treatment measures: 1, antipyretic drugs: clinical use of non-steroidal drugs, such as acetaminophen, ibuprofen, etc.. Acetaminophen has a better antipyretic effect and a weaker analgesic effect, and is suitable for the elderly and children because of its smaller gastrointestinal reaction, but large doses may lead to abnormal liver and kidney function, so patients need to strictly follow medical advice on medication; 2, antidiarrheal drugs: such as montelukast, belladonna sulfadiazine tablets, compound yellow lianin, etc., for those with severe diarrhea, can relieve symptoms; 3, antibiotics: for bacterial infections caused by diarrhea, The commonly used drugs include cefaclor, norfloxacin, amoxicillin, furazolidone, etc. It should be noted that antibiotics should not be abused and should be used under the guidance of a doctor; 4, antiviral drugs: for diarrhea and fever caused by viral infections, drugs such as ribavirin can be given for antiviral treatment. In addition, diarrhea and fever can cause loss of water and salt in the body, causing dehydration, and need to seek medical attention as soon as possible to avoid delaying the condition and serious complications. In severe diarrhea, drink more warm water and light saline to replenish lost water and electrolytes.
