Arm thrombosis is a relatively rare clinical thrombosis. Arm thrombosis is mainly divided into arm arterial thrombosis and venous thrombosis, and the symptoms of thrombosis are different depending on the formation site. Arm vein thrombosis mainly manifests as sudden swelling, pain, high skin tension, positive finger indentation, positive grip pain, and abnormal terminal sensation and movement in severe patients. The symptoms of arterial thrombosis are mainly changes in skin temperature and skin color of the distal limb, which can appear as decreased skin temperature and pale skin color, and in serious cases, distal movement disorders or even bruising and florid spots can occur, and serious symptoms can lead to abnormal sensation and movement of the distal end. Both arterial and venous thrombosis should be treated systematically and regularly in vascular surgery in a timely manner.
