Symptoms of advanced uterine cancer

Uterine cancer is a malignant tumor with high incidence in women, and if left untreated, it will soon develop into advanced stage. In the advanced stage of uterine cancer, there will be many symptoms manifested. In the early stage of uterine cancer, there will be increased leucorrhea, irregular vaginal bleeding, postmenopausal bleeding, etc., but usually there will be no odor. In late stage, cancer invades large blood vessels or the cancer itself is rich in blood vessels, which may cause massive bleeding. Long-term chronic bleeding or acute bleeding may cause patients to have anemia. When the malignant tumor spreads, it may also lead to fluid or pus accumulation in the uterine cavity, causing symptoms such as abdominal discomfort and severe pain. In more advanced stage of uterine cancer, metastatic symptoms may occur, including lung metastasis, bone metastasis and liver metastasis in addition to lymphatic system metastasis, which may lead to wasting, fever and cachexia. In fact, patients with advanced uterine cancer can still control their disease to a great extent by going to hospitals for systematic treatment, such as surgery, chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
