The earliest manifestation of Hodgkin’s lymphoma is painless, progressive enlargement of superficial lymph nodes, at which point patients generally have no systemic symptoms.
As the disease progresses, patients gradually develop symptoms in the lungs, liver, bone marrow and other extra-lymph node tissues, along with systemic symptoms such as generalized itching, fever, malaise and night sweats.
