In addition, attention should be paid to prevent skin abrasions and pressure sores from occurring. During daily care, the general condition of the child, the position of the external fixation, and especially the blood flow of the affected limb should be observed: skin color, temperature, and sensation. After the swelling subsides, the external fixation should be re-fixed in time, and if necessary, go to the hospital to review the X-ray film, observe whether the fracture is displaced, and understand the fracture clear condition. 2. According to the condition and doctor’s request, the child should be turned regularly. 5. Diet: Adequate nutrition is the material basis for repairing damaged tissues, generating energy and maintaining physiological activities, and children have a high metabolic rate, so a reasonable diet can promote smooth healing of fractures. According to the needs of children’s growth and development and treatment needs of the diet, pay attention to the ratio of various nutrients, drink more milk and other calcium-containing foods. For children with anorexia, it is necessary to change the pattern from time to time to encourage eating and prevent malnutrition. When feeding young children or those who need to be in the supine position, do not feed them with large mouths or coax them to avoid choking and coughing by mistake.
