In the male clinic, we often meet young people who come to the clinic because of “premature ejaculation”. The reason for this is that they don’t have a sex life at all, but just because they feel that the duration of masturbation is short, they think that their quick ejaculation is “premature ejaculation”. In fact, masturbation time cannot accurately determine how fast or slow ejaculation is! The reason is that the ejaculation time is affected by various factors such as physiology, psychology and environment, and there are many differences between real sex and masturbation. First, masturbation and sex have very different effects on the male psyche. Sexual life is a way for both men and women to have sex, while masturbation is a method for individuals to take for sexual satisfaction. The actual fact is that you can find a lot of people who have been in the business for a long time, and they’ve been in the business for a long time. Secondly, sex is a frictional stimulation of the penis and vagina, which is softer and more lubricated. The actual fact is that the actual time of ejaculation is naturally faster than normal sex. A group of men with normal sexual function had been surveyed by a foreign expert and found that the ejaculation time of the group averaged 8.25 minutes during normal sex; while in the same environment, their ejaculation time during masturbation averaged only 4.89 minutes. In short, masturbation and real sexual intercourse are vastly different, and masturbation methods vary widely, so it is difficult to make a correct judgment about whether premature ejaculation is occurring based on the duration of masturbation.
