Mycotic vaginitis is always recurrent, and in clinical practice, mycotic vaginitis occurs four or more times in a year, which is called recurrent mycotic vaginitis. The mechanism of this kind of mycosis is not clear, but it is considered that mycobacteria may not only exist in the vagina, but also in the intestines and mucous membranes, which can lead to recurrent mycosis. The initial treatment is extended to 7-14 days and oral anti-mycotic medication is given. After the initial treatment, we enter the maintenance treatment, which is to take oral medication once a week and vaginal medication once a week for 6 months.
