Sleeping position in early pregnancy with uterine effusion

In early pregnancy, fluid accumulation in the uterine cavity is clinically caused by the rupture of capillaries due to the detachment of the gestational sac from the uterine wall. This bleeding does not drain out of the uterine cavity in time, so clinically, the ultrasound examination will reveal fluid in the uterine cavity. It is recommended to sleep in a position that will not affect the continued increase of fluid in the uterine cavity as long as you do not sleep on your back, left-sided, right-sided, or supine position. This is a dynamic observation process. It is recommended that in addition to ultrasound examination, laboratory tests of blood HCG and progesterone are also needed. Through the examination, the clinical treatment is actively given to the fetus, and rest must be given in bed. After the treatment, the ultrasound will be repeated to see if the fluid has been reduced or completely absorbed. It is recommended to decide whether to continue the medication based on the results of the examination.
