Should I sit on the moon?

The term “menstruation” is just a common concept, and the medical term for it is “puerperium”. Perhaps it is more appropriate to replace the term “scientific menstruation” with “precautions for the puerperium”. The concept of puerperium is found in both Chinese and foreign obstetrical works or textbooks, such as the American bible of obstetrics, Williams Obstetrics, and the domestic textbook authority, Obstetrics and Gynecology, both of which stipulate that the puerperium is the period from the delivery of the placenta to the return of all organs of the mother’s body (except the breast) to their pre-pregnancy state (including form and function), and this period is generally defined as 6 weeks (42 days). However, if the mother has special circumstances during pregnancy and delivery, such as serious complications during pregnancy, or a major rescue during delivery, the month needs to be extended according to the situation. Remember the 10 rules of scientific menstruation: 1, pay attention to rest, proper bed rest, avoid lifting heavy objects to prevent organ prolapse; 2, open the windows regularly every day to enhance hygiene, reduce visits; 3, pay attention to warmth, avoid blowing cold wind, but do not cover sweat, sweating in time to replace wet clothes; 4, regular bathing and washing hair, pay attention to warmth and timely drying, to prevent colds; 5, brush your teeth every day, rinse your mouth in time after meals; 6, drink more water, eat more Vegetables and fruits, to ensure the right amount of protein, cereal intake, but not in excess, avoid large fish and meat drink a lot of oil soup; 7 reasonable use of eyes, television, computers, cell phones and books should be appropriate less, but not can not read; 8, more close contact with the baby, sleeping in the same bed is best, conducive to the establishment of mother-infant contact; 9, avoid coitus and tub bath; 10, postpartum physical strength should be appropriate to go out and socialize, family members should pay more attention to maternal, pay attention to maternal psychological guidance. Pay attention to the psychological guidance of the mother. Warm reminder: generally after the birth of the baby, the attention and focus of the family will be put on the baby, but a senior told me: “In fact, the focus of the family should be on the mother during the month. The baby has just been born, in addition to eating milk is sleeping, at most interspersed with some poop flashes, do not need much care. The mother took good care of the mother, so that the mother eat well, sleep well, good mood, regular work and rest, in order to milk and more quality and good, the baby eat will be healthy.
