In 1994, a male inpatient, 75 years old, suffering from diabetic gangrene, lower extremity wound, about 3*3 square meters in size, which did not heal for a long time. After considering it again and again, I had to use Chinese herbal medicine to wash it externally (to prevent local pain after topical application, I added some lidocaine). After 1 week of topical washing with a single herb, Pseudomonas aeruginosa was found to be absent. After that, it was cured with the use of self-prepared muscle generating powder.
