Spleen deficiency and qi stagnation mainly manifests as anal looseness, prolapse of hemorrhoidal nuclei, pale blood in the stool, less colorful face, fatigue (mental exhaustion, physical weakness) and other symptoms, and can be treated with tonifying the middle and benefiting qi soup.
