Talking about Blepharoplasty

  Blepharoplasty is a procedure that reshapes the shape of the upper eyelid by altering the tissue structure of the upper eyelid to create a new upper lid fold. It makes the eyes more beautiful and vivid and is one of the most common procedures in cosmetic surgery.  Indications Blepharoplasty can be performed on anyone who is in good health, mentally competent, actively requests surgery, and meets one of the following conditions  1. Single lids.  2. shallow heavy eyelid folds, multi-layered folds, or eyes that do not appear when the eyes are open (hidden double).  3. Asymmetry of the eyelids, or a lack of upper eyelid creases in both eyes.  4. Mild upper eyelid entropion.  Contraindications 1. Mental abnormalities or inadequate psychological preparation.  2. Those with bleeding disorders and hypertension, those with active and progressive diseases of the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys and other vital organs, as well as those with uncontrolled diabetes and infectious diseases.  3. Patients with eye diseases, such as congenital amblyopia, strabismus and red eye and other acute or chronic intra-ocular or extra-ocular infections.  In addition, the following conditions should be done with caution: 1. Facial nerve palsy with incomplete lid closure.  2. Those with bulging eyes or receding eyelids.  3. Patients with ptosis.  4.
