What to do with loose private parts after childbirth

The vaginal laxity felt by young women or their partners after childbirth is not due to the widening of the vaginal canal, so there is no need for any so-called “shrinkage” products to “restore the tightness of the vagina of young girls”. The real reason for this is that the birth process may have torn and strained the vaginal sphincter, the surrounding bulbospongiosus, some of the anal levator muscles and especially the pubococcygeus (PC), thus affecting the contraction ability of the vagina. This problem can be greatly improved by sustained PC exercises, and if pregnant women start practicing PC exercises, such as Kegels and squats, before the birth of their child, they may be able to avoid the problem of weak vaginal contractions to the greatest extent possible. Most of the so-called “shrinkage” products claim to be plant extracts, herbal natural ingredients, or ancient herbal formulas. In fact, some of these products may not have any effective bioactive molecules at all, the formulas are not scientific, and the quality of production may not meet the national health standards, so women may get vaginal infections after taking them; some products may indeed contain effective active molecules, but basically these products contain phytoestrogens, or estrogen-like ingredients, or some may be added directly to estrogen. The female vagina and other reproductive systems are very sensitive to estrogen-like ingredients. For young healthy women, if they are not detected to have problems such as low estrogen levels, long-term use may lead to problems such as vaginal wall hyperplasia, irregular menstruation, obesity, and even serious diseases such as vaginal tumors, ovarian tumors, uterine fibroids, and breast tumors. Even middle-aged and elderly women need to take the initiative to test the estrogen and progesterone levels in their bodies, and if neither is within the normal range, they must use such products with caution and need the guidance of the relevant professionals.
