Develop good bowel habits, shorten the time of defecation and avoid excessive straining during defecation.
Avoid bad habits such as prolonged standing, prolonged sitting and staying up late.
Try to avoid factors that cause increased intra-abdominal pressure such as coughing and excessive weight-bearing.
