What is fat injection breast augmentation all about?

Autologous fat injection for breast augmentation is suitable for patients with small breasts, mild breast atrophy, little requirement for breast volume increase, and must have excess fat from other parts of themselves for adoption. Fat particles are obtained through fat aspiration, rinsed and filtered, and injected into the tissue in the posterior space of the breast. The advantage is that it uses autologous tissue without foreign body rejection and at the same time performs liposuction for weight loss, killing two birds with one stone. However, due to the limited capacity of the tissue behind the breast, too much fat tissue cannot be injected at one time, usually about 100 ml at one time, preferably not more than 150 ml, otherwise the transplanted fat tissue cannot get sufficient blood supply and necrosis will easily occur. In addition, the aspirated fat contains broken fat, which will be gradually absorbed by the body, with an absorption rate of about 30%-50%. Therefore, autologous fat injection breast augmentation usually requires more than three times to have more obvious results, and each time requires an interval of one to two months. Contraindications to autologous fat injection breast augmentation: 1, inflammation of breast tissue and inflammation of the adjacent parts of the surgical incision. Those who have active infection lesions in other parts of the body. 2, abnormal masses in the breast or enlarged axillary lymph nodes. 3.Patients with lesions in important organs or diabetes mellitus who cannot tolerate surgery. 4.Patients with immune system or hematopoietic system diseases. 5.Keloid or abnormal physique, allergic physique. 6.Pregnancy or breast-feeding period. 7.Post-operative recurrence of breast cancer or those with metastatic tendency. 8.Persons with obvious sagging of breast. 9.Patients with insufficient psychological preparation or unrealistic requirements. 10.Patients with mental illness.
