What home exercises should I do to improve bowel function in patients with LARS?

Patients can perform pelvic floor exercises, known as Kegel exercises, at home to improve bowel function. The key to the exercise: bend both knees and lie flat on the bed; contract the perineal muscles, like the sensation of interrupting the flow of urine, hold the muscle contraction for 3-5 seconds, then relax the muscle for 2-3 seconds, repeat 10-15 times as a group, more than 3 groups per day; you can practice while sitting in the car or watching TV.
