Minimally invasive breast aesthetic treatment

With the improvement of people’s living standard and patients’ awareness of medical treatment, everyone’s demand for medical technology is getting higher and higher. Cosmetic minimally invasive surgery is increasingly popular among female patients, and more accurate diagnosis and minimally invasive treatment techniques have become the trend in the development of breast disease treatment. As we all know, breast cancer is currently the most common type of malignant tumor in women, with 1.2 million women suffering from breast cancer and 500,000 women dying from this cancer every year worldwide. The prevalence of breast cancer in China is 0.02~0.03%, and there is a significant trend of increase in recent years, and the age of onset is early. Since female patients in China do not pay attention to daily check-ups, the disease stage is late when they are diagnosed, and 35% of them have reached stage III or IV before surgery, so the prognosis is poor and the mortality rate is high. Therefore, early diagnosis and early treatment of breast cancer are of great urgency. For the early diagnosis of breast cancer, the traditional method is to take open biopsy. This surgery causes great harm to patients physically and psychologically due to large incision and slow recovery. The minimally invasive rotary mammary gland treatment system, through the guidance of B-ultrasound, uses the principle of combining vacuum suction and rotary mammary gland treatment to obtain a sufficient amount of specimen (8 times more than ordinary coarse needle) for diagnosis with only a 0.2~0.3cm incision. It can be used for biopsy of occult lesions (only one puncture is needed, without contaminating the traumatic tract, to achieve early diagnosis and early treatment) and minimally invasive surgical treatment of benign lesions (removal of masses less than 2.5 cm, short operation time, little intraoperative bleeding, no obvious surgical scars, especially suitable for young female patients). After a large number of clinical reports, the safety and reliability of this treatment system have been fully verified, and this technology has been greatly recognized by patients and doctors, and has become a trend in the development of breast treatment technology. Recently, the Department of General Surgery of Weihai Municipal Hospital, with the assistance of ultrasound department, has performed minimally invasive rotary mastectomy for many female patients with minimal trauma and beautiful postoperative appearance, which is well received by patients and has received good economic and social effects.
